The Women of Watertown (WOW) Committee is an initiative of the Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce dedicated to empowering women to rise, connect, and lead — without limits.

Inspired by the spirit of Limitless, WOW creates welcoming spaces where women are encouraged to grow personally and professionally, build authentic relationships, and step confidently into leadership at every stage of life. Through inspiring events, meaningful conversations, education, and collaboration, the committee champions opportunities that help women recognize their potential and turn it into positive community impact.

Women of Watertown brings together women from diverse backgrounds, industries, and experiences who share a passion for lifting one another up and strengthening our community. Committee members work alongside Chamber staff and community partners to develop programming, networking opportunities, and initiatives that support growth, inclusion, and connection across the Watertown region.
