Leadership Lab
Leadership Lab
Leadership Lab is an interactive, eight-week professional development series designed to strengthen the leadership capacity of area professionals. Built as an extension of Leadership Watertown, this skills-based program blends leadership theory, self-assessment, and applied practice to help participants grow self-awareness, lead teams effectively, and drive positive organizational change.
Through hands-on learning and guided discussion, participants will explore proven leadership frameworks, clarify their values and vision, strengthen communication skills, and develop practical strategies they can apply immediately in their workplace.
